Our Process
We believe that truly exceptional coffee is the result of intention and care at every stage, from the first rains on the soil to the final pour in your cup.
Our process honours the rhythm of nature, the skill of our suppliers and their farmers, and the tradition of small-batch roasting.
Sourcing.
We start by choosing beans grown and processed with sustainable farming practices that protect both the environment and the livelihood of those who cultivate it.
Every bean is hand-selected, sun-dried, and carefully processed to preserve its natural flavour.
Roasting.
Once in our roastery, we roast in small batches using time-honoured techniques that bring out the character and complexity of each origin.
We pay close attention to roast profiles to achieve balance, body, and boldness in every blend.
Packaging.
Our coffee is freshly packed in recyclable, eco-conscious bags which lock in flavour and aroma.
We believe great coffee should not come at the planet’s expense, which is why we’re committed to sustainable packaging choices that align with our values.
Selling.
We sell both whole bean and ground coffee, suited for every brewing method. Products are available via our online store, local stockists, markets, and select cafés, bringing the taste of the Overberg to your daily routine, wherever you are.

Smooth, balanced, with a caramel-like sweetness.
Brazil Santos
Low acidity, medium body, smooth and nutty.
Honduras
Sweet and smooth, with medium acidity.
Robusta
Bold, bitter, earthy, with higher caffeine.
